Notification: Each month I will send out a videoconference consultation notification email with the dates for the following month’s session. If you are interested in participating in a particular date, you can respond by email and I will add you to the list. Consultation dates tend to fill quickly, so it is best not to wait to respond.

 

Participation: Consultation group size is limited to 8 participants for the 2-hour consultation. Each participant will have up to 15 minutes to staff cases or ask questions in general. HERE is a case presentation form that you may find useful in preparing to discuss cases. I believe it will help you in conceptualizing your cases from an AIP perspective and allow you to get the most out of consultation.

 

Instructions for using Secure Video: I use SecureVideo for videoconferencing. I will send out an invitation for the scheduled consultation that you have signed up for, which will include the link to download the application and join the conference. The download is free. You can download and select the link at any time before the scheduled conference, and I strongly encourage you to do so to make sure everything is working well. You can participate using your iPhone or Android, PC (if it has a camera and speakers), or you can participate through audio only with your phone. The instructions for each option will be in the invitation email. The invitation through SecureVideo will be sent 48 hours prior to consultation.

 

Consultation fee and payment: The fee for the 2-hour videoconference consultation is $50. Following consultation I will email you an invoice through PayPal, which is due upon receipt. You can pay either by debit/credit card or Venmo. 

 

Recording your consultation hours: If you were trained through HAP/Trauma Recovery, please have your HAP training ID number available during consultation so that I can enter your consultation hours into the HAP system immediately following consultation. If you were trained through the EMDR Institute, please record your consultation sessions on the form provided in your training manual. When you have completed your hours, you can fax or scan and email your form to me and I will sign and send it back to you.

 

Cancellation policy: There is a $25 no show/late cancellation fee assessed if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to consultation.
